Our Mission
We're fixing how property owners find vendors.
VendorSource exists because getting bids on a major property job shouldn't mean handing your phone number to a lead-gen site and fielding calls from twenty contractors you never chose.
The Problem
You want three quotes. Not a hundred phone calls.
When a roof needs replacing or a building needs a repipe, smart owners know to get multiple bids. So they post the job on a lead site — and their contact info gets sold to every contractor willing to pay for it, whether or not they're a fit. The owner spends the next two weeks fielding calls from vendors who never saw the actual job, just a lead they bought.
It's not much better on the other side. Vendors pay for that same lead and compete blind against a dozen other companies bidding on a listing they can barely see the details of. Most of those leads go nowhere. Everyone's time gets wasted, and nobody feels like they're actually being considered — the owner feels hounded, and the vendor feels like the punchline.
VendorSource works differently: you choose who to contact based on their license, reviews, and actual claimed profile — not the other way around. Vendors only hear from owners who picked them specifically. No blasted leads, no blind bidding wars.
The Solution
Search by category and city
Filter vendors by what they do and where they work — across 6 licensed contractor categories in South Florida and the Massachusetts North Shore.
Reviews from property owners
Anyone can leave a review after confirming their email. Reviews from an owner who posted the job through VendorSource and marked it complete are marked “Verified hire” — confirmed through the job itself, not just an email address.
Claimed profiles with vendor-controlled credentials
Vendors who claim their listing can add credentials, insurance status, photos, and keep their contact info current.
Direct inquiry, no lead-selling
You contact the vendor. We don't sell your info to anyone else, and vendors don't pay to appear in front of you — they earn it with a complete, verified profile.
How it works
For property owners
Find the right vendor in minutes, not days.
- 1
Search or browse
Filter by service category and city. Browse profiles ranked by claim status — claimed listings appear first.
- 2
Read reviews on claimed listings
On profiles that vendors have claimed and activated, see what other property owners say — rating, service date, and whether they’d hire again. Unclaimed listings show license data only.
- 3
Contact directly
Send an inquiry from the vendor’s profile. They respond to you — no lead fees, no intermediaries.
For vendors
Get found by the clients who need you most.
- 1
Claim your listing
Search for your business and claim it for free. Your profile may already exist from public records — just verify and take control.
- 2
Complete your profile
Add your services, photos, license numbers, and service area. A complete profile gets seen by more owners in your category.
- 3
Receive real inquiries, not bought leads
Property owners who found you, read your reviews, and chose to reach out. No bidding against a pile of other vendors for a lead you paid for blind.
